Having lived and worked in the Pullman area for over 20 years, Patti has a great appreciation for the integrity of Pullman's neighborhoods and each of the outlying communitites.
Patti has purchased, improved, managed and sold investment properties. Currently owning and managing 10 properties, Patti has a good working knowledge of both the residential and investment housing market. In addition to this experience, for the previous 5 years, Patti was instrumental in the day to day operations of her husband's company, KentCo Construction. She worked with many homeowners and/or potential homeowners, making improvements to their homes to meet the standards of numerous lending institutions. Whether buying, selling, upgrading, relocating, downsizing or investing.
